One Tear Too Late

Countin’ down to the last few country tunes from the Jules’ recording sessions in Nashville in 1992. Previous posts included Half a Man, Cookin’ At Home Tonight and Til You Walk Right Back to Me.

Again, top session players (Garth Brooks, Reba McEntire, Marty Stuart etc.) joined Jules and I in the House of David studio to record the uptempo One Tear Too Late. Considering the kind of country hits you hear nearly 20 years later, I think we were a little bit ahead of our time:-)
