IF
Thanks to my dear friend and supporter, John Harricharan, for letting me know that the infamous poem by Rudyard Kipling, “IF” was available on YouTube. In this vintage film footage famed British actor, Robert Morley, recites the iconic poem. If you are not that familiar with Rudyard Kipling, he was English author and poet probably best known for his book, The Jungle Book.
The poem appears below the inspirational video.

So Far So Good
This video is both comical and serious at the same time. The 5 year-old is absolutely precious when dealing with the 911 operator and the life-threatening situation her father was in. Unfortunately, we are not told of the outcome. If nothing else, if you’re the parent or grandparent of children this age, perhaps a family meeting about dealing with such a situation would be a good idea.
